Coming soon: A Triplex in Sumas
Habitat plans to begin construction on a two-story triplex at 221 Front St. in Sumas in 2025.
Our goal is to convert an existing single-family home into three permanently affordable units, including one four-bedroom, one three-bedroom, and one two-bedroom. The four bedroom ground unit will be built using accessibility standards and have two ADA bedrooms. The home was previously built by Habitat Whatcom, and was recently purchased by Habitat from the homeowner’s estate.
