Help Telegraph Townhomes Go Solar!
Join Habitat for Humanity in Whatcom County and Ecotech Solar to learn how solar can work for your home; and how you can help Habitat install solar panels at Telegraph Townhomes!
ATTEND A FREE WORKSHOP
Attending a free workshop is the first step to going solar with your home or business. All workshops are open to the public, so bring your neighbors to learn how solar works, which sites are most suitable, how to select an installer, and what financial incentives are available to help bring costs down. Workshops will be held at various locations around Whatcom County starting in July 2019, so stay tuned for the dates and locations!
At the workshop you can sign up to schedule a free site visit and solar assessment specific to your home or business. The staff at Ecotech Solar will come to your home or business to listen specifically to your needs, identify the ideal location for a system install, provide you with expert guidance and educate you on the systems and incentives that could work for your specific situation. Should you need, Ecotech works with a number of lenders in the community with solar loan programs that can help turn solar from a possibility into a reality. And that's not it! If you decide install a solar system Ecotech will handle all necessary permitting, inspections, incentive paperwork, and the net metering agreements.
Thanks to this solar program and your support, for every solar installation contract signed during this campaign a panel and the installation will be donated to Habitat for Humanity Whatcom County for use on the Telegraph Townhomes project. Ecotech Solar will install this system to help offset the community electric costs from things like parking lot lighting and walkway lighting. This will decrease the overall costs for everyone living at in the Telegraph Townhomes community for decades to come!
